Synopsis: The FCM Systems Administrator is a technical contribution non-supervisory position. Candidates must possess an active Secret/SSBI security clearance. The job is located at the AT&T GSI lab in Huntsville, AL in support of one of AT&T Government Solutions largest programs. No shiftwork required, but will participate in an on-call pager rotation for 24x7 tier 3 systems support.

Required Skills: 5+ years of Windows server administration, including Windows clustering, failover/recovery and load balancing strategies with MS SQL, .NET, and IIS technologies. Experience supporting a fast-paced development environment. Possess excellent communication and people skills especially when dealing with technical and non-technical staff. Be a highly motivated, problem-solver capable of proposing solutions, and responding with poise to multiple, apt to change priorities and projects.

 Desired Skills: Experience with VMWARE ESX Server, EMC SAN and Veritas NetBackup. Possess CompTIA Security+, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CCNA, or CCNE industry certifications.
