Responsibilities include:

Conduct practice assessment and make appropriate recommendations to the client
Independently prepare implementation project timelines to ensure clients are meeting their strategic objectives
Document all client interactions including telephone calls, training sessions, and the like. This data is used to determine next steps and/or by project coordinator or management to resolve client issues/ requests
Provide consulting advice to Clients and management
Exercise independent judgment to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken, during the course of an implementation, based on the analysis performed and evaluation of all possible solutions
Execute the appropriate actions to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the implementation timeline
Assist with creating templates as required
Provide or arrange for appropriate training of all client staff
Escalate client issues in a timely fashion
Perform other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years experience developing, implementing, and/or using healthcare technology (e.g., electronic medical records, electronic prescribing, electronic data capture for clinical trials, patient registries)

Should have a strong clinical and end-user training background and experience having supported go-lives with clinical users
Full systems life cycle experience with eClinicalWorks EMR or other high complexity clinical systems project strongly preferred

Significant experience and/or certification in eClinicalWorks EMR application
Good judgment and the ability to come up with solid solutions and recommendations to a wide range of complex problems
Experience in clinical office workflow
Proficient communication/presentation skills with all customer clinical, IT, and administrative personnel and team members
Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred:

Practice Management at a physician's office with experience in implementing eClinicalWorks EMR
Working knowledge of MS Project to develop project schedules, timelines, and reports
Basic understanding of technical terminology
