Network Operations Tier II Support Engineer - NOC

Team Partners is seeking up to four experienced support NOC's for our
local clients' 24/7 support team. The ideal candidate(s) will have
experience troubleshooting, monitoring and supporting Layer 2 & 3
networking, Radio Access Networks (RAN), OSS Unix/Linux Servers
and platforms. Strong network support experience, including emergency
maintenance, day-to-day tracking and resolution from Tier I support,
documentation, prioritizing, root cause analysis and performance
enhancement will also be regarded highly.
NOC Responsibilities:
- Analyze network performance data, alert and systems issue
- Support Hardware and new Software implementations
- Acting as Tier II support in 24/7 network environment backing up Tier I support team escalation.
- Monitor, Prioritize, Troubleshoot, track, and resolve daily networking issues
NOC Qualifications:
- Previous
experience with Radio Access Networks, Unix/Linux servers, Layer-2 and
Layer-3 networking, wired and wireless transport, and/or Radio
Frequency performance and analysis - Previous experience RAN equipment
- Some knowledge and use of scripting languages is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer support environment
- Flexible schedule availability for 24/7 support and emergency as required.
- IT degree or certifications highly desirable.
