Responsible for applying basic technical skills to analyze, diagnose and resolve enterprise-wide technology problems using creative approaches.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides leadership for enterprise technology support area by properly escalating incidents for the technical resolution of customer support issues.
  • Provides the necessary data to alert technicians of recurring problems and participates in technical group meetings to assist in expediting the recovery of incidents.
  • With some supervision, provides incident management facilitation and interacts closely with Business Partners, Support and Management to provide and receive incident information.
  • Assists in identifying standards and procedures for process improvements and communicate technical service policies for supported systems and processes.
Qualifications

Network Ops Analyst II:

Requires Associate's degree or technology discipline certification; 1-3 years experience in a support and operations role in an infrastructure area; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. PC literacy skills and specific technical knowledge of assigned systems, hardware, software and tools. Knowledge and experience in configuration and build management required. Knowledge and use of the systems management disciplines, processes and tools that include incident, problem, change, configuration and release management.

Network Ops Analyst Sr:

Requires BA/BA degree in a related field; 3-6 years experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role in an infrastructure area; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multiple trade certifications preferred. Incumbent must able be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be capable of resolving most incidents and configuration changes and demonstrate strong mentoring skills. Working knowlege and experience in configuration and build management. Proficient knowledge and use of the systems management disciplines.

This position will work hours between 4:00pm - 12:30am.
