Responsible for leading the application of basic technical skills to analyze, diagnose and resolve enterprise wide technology problems using creative approaches.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides leadership for enterprise technology support area by properly escalating complex incidents for the technical resolution of customer support issues.
  • Consult with other technical support teams to respond to recurring problems and facilitates in technical group meetings to assist in expediting the recovery of incidents.
  • With minimal supervision, provides incident management facilitation and interacts closely with Business Partners, Support and Management to provide and receive incident information.
  • Identifies standards and procedures for process improvements and develops and communicates technical service policies for supported systems and processes.
  • May also assist with special projects as needed.

Requires BA/BA degree in a related field; 3-6 years experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role in an infrastructure area; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multiple trade certifications preferred. Incumbent must able be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be capable of resolving most incidents and configuration changes and demonstrate strong mentoring skills. Working knowlege and experience in configuration and build management. Proficient knowledge and use of the systems management disciplines.
