Network Provisioning Specialist

·         The Order Manager within the provides 5 x 8 provisioning support to our customers, representing customer requirements through the planning, implementation and closeout phases for all projects.

·         This entails conducting a technical consultation with the customer, assisting the customer in voice provisioning and setup and resolving complex VoIP network troubles in a timely manner pertinent to an standard level of service.

·         The Order Manager provides support and guidance to customers. They conduct testing for voice features, interface with the VNCC for VoIP network element provisioning issues and LOCAL to resolve Switch translation automation fall-out.

·         Candidate will be expected to participate on conference calls with other technical support groups, customers and their suppliers whenever needed to resolve issues preventing order progression.

·         Extra work hours may be required in this position to fully support our customers.

Required Skills:

·         Excellent Communications & Interpersonal skills

·         Strong project management skills

·         Strong customer interface skills, with at least 3 years of customer interface experience

·         IP knowledge

·         Microsoft office skills

·         Local experience a plus

·         Network technology & terminology (T1, T3, etc.) a plus

·         Cisco Router knowledge a plus
