Provide mid-level technical engineering assistance to all phases of network development, operation management and security.

Monitor network topologies; develop and evaluate alternative utilization or configuration options.

Conduct networks performance and trend analysis to include individual circuit availability rates.

Develop processes and programs to enhance network performance and reliability.

Conduct network testing, supervises technology insertion, and evaluates developmental software applications.

Candidate must have active Secret clearance.

Provide functional guidance, technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control.

Support senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met.

Be familiar with the Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert/Management (IAVA/IAVM) process with respect to the Intra-Army Interoperability Certification and the Central Test Support Facility (CTSF). Highlight the IA issues to CIO/G6 and OIA&C leadership and coordinate with CIO/G6 and internally within OIA&C to resolve these issues.

Coordinate directly with OIA&C leadership as needed to discern the Army position on key information assurance issues and Department of Defense and Joint IA policies and procedures.

Must have prior Army background and/or full understanding of Army policies and procedures

Candidate must have or be pursuing CISSP.
