Position Description

Network Support Analyst-MA

We are currently in need of a Network Support Analyst to join our team in our Global Service Center (GSC), a fun, interactive and supportive group of people who enjoy providing superior levels of customer service and problem solving. You will:
Manage and monitor the clients of the INSITE customer base from the GSC.
Provide first line fault resolution on all Level I and Level II incidents, primarily in IPT environments.
Logging of faults with the Customer Management System and logging and driving calls with the Telco.
Ensure correct escalation procedure is followed on all critical calls and requests.
Work with Help Desk, Service Delivery Manager, and the Customer Management center to ensure swift resolution of faults.
Contact the user in the event of a failure and attempt to determine the cause of the faults.
Manage tickets to ensure completion according to guidelines.
Communicate effectively and update the customer and 3rd party help desk personnel
 





Qualifications


 
CCNA preferred or Cisco and WAN experience
College or technical school degree or equivalent.
2 to 4 years of related experience in a network operations center (Call Center, Help Desk experience desirable.)
Experience installing and or troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments.
Familiarity with IPT technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and to comply to defined processes and communicate effectively with customers.
Good telephone and communication  skills.
Ability to diagnose network and server faults.
Ability to work in a team and develop relationships with customers, vendors and colleagues.
