The Network Support Specialist provides ongoing support and maintenance of our clients WAN and LAN as well as PC software and hardware in conformance with established strategies, policies and procedures. Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to employees and customers.
Who we're looking for Minimum five years experience supporting Microsoft applications in an IT and/or business environment Candidates should have technical certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or CCNA Must have the ability to multitask, conduct research and analyse complex problems Strong written and verbal skills Bachelor?s degree (B.S. or equivalent) in a technology field preferred
