Qualified candidates will have experience with the following:
Extensive experience with Cisco routers, switches and phone systems; an in-depth knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Office and MS Exchange Server.
- Must have successfully installed and maintained Cisco Call Manager, routers, switches, and related network equipment
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of networking and system experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working knowledge of networking industry, products and protocols
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working with Microsoft systems products
- Must pose excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working with Cisco Call Manager
In addition, the following experience, skills and capabilities are strongly desired:
- Cisco CCNA,CCNP,CCVP
- MCP/MCSE certificates with 2 to 3 years experience is desired
- Proficient in the following technologies: TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF,RIP,EIGRP,BGP)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle critical customer issues/problems
- Able to determine problems and deliver solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to determine root cause and solution for previously unknown problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Education:
A BS in Computer Science or in a related technical field is desirable, complementing the qualifications required of this position.
