Responsibilities will include monitoring and computer operations for a Network Operations Center (NOC). The environment includes: - E-mail using Windows 2003/2007 AD and MSE - Enterprise Management system support using SMS, HP NNM, NetIQ AppManager, Dell Open Manager, and HP Insight Manager. - High Speed Remote Access (HSRA) - Application Server Support (Compaq) - VPN and Firewall monitoring - Intranet Operation monitoring - Remedy and tape back-up solutions. Also shall recieve direct taskings from Task manages and Program manager.
