We are currently seeking a New Accounts Coordinator (CPO) to join the CompuPay team. The New Accounts Coordinator (CPO) is responsible for utilizing the CompuPay Payroll Online (CPO) software to convert and install client payroll efficiently, accurately, and timely with a high degree of client satisfaction.
· Configure payroll system including tax data / information using the Compupay Payroll Online software
· Imports and keys all client data efficiently and accurately
· Provides troubleshooting instruction and support for the first two payroll cycles
· Collaborate with internal and external clients
· Assist client in auditing and processing payroll
· Balance client year-to-date data with prior quarter tax returns
· Interface with client and be responsible for managing and responding to new client support issues
· Research, resolve and escalate new client issues through appropriate organizational levels
· Create custom client documentation
· Provides a seamless on-boarding experience in order for the client to be transitioned easily into Client Services
Requirements
· High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Minimum two (2) years experience of payroll implementation, payroll service bureau experience preferred
· Minimum two (2) years in a customer service environment
· Experience with Millennium application preferred
· Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to analyze and configure payroll processing systems
· Working knowledge of Federal/State/Local payroll taxes
· Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service environment.
· Detail orientated, well organized with a high degree of accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to provide consistent, timely client follow-up and resolution to issues.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work weekends and extended hours as requested
