New Agent Training; Insurance Sales

Here are just some of the resources available to our trainees:

Step by step training and development program to prepare you for selling, managing and running a Nationwide Insurance Agency. Company-provided Blackberry cell phone and laptop as well as direct mail support.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in sales, business development and/or prior business ownership and a true entrepreneurial spirit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three to five years of solid outside sales and/or business related experience.

A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must have or be able to obtain both Connecticut Property&Casualty and Life&Health licenses prior to the start of the program

Previous small business ownership is a plus.

Excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation.

Demonstrated leadership skills, a strong sales and business acumen and the desire for both personal and financial success.
