Primarily responsible for new business cash flow analysis and support business development and senior leadership with bid and proposal work.
May also support the following tasks and activity: Quarterly profit and loss analysis for the financial status.
Establish annual overhead budget, business plan, manpower plan and monitor performance to plan on an on-going basis.
Analyze financial/cost performance and provide financial analysis support to manufacturing.
Interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Present information in PowerPoint format as needed.
Problem solve issues that arise
BS in Business preferably in Finance or Accounting.
Must have a minimum of 0-2 years of applicable experience.
Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, problem solving and MS Office skills (including Access and PowerPoint).
SAP experience a plus.
Ability to work across all disciplines including engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
