Rotations and Responsibilities

·         Materials Planning

·         Ensure continuity of supply for products in volume production

·         Manage inventory turns/buffer strategies

·         Analyze and improve supply chain processes

·         Transition new products into production Order Management

·         Ensure accuracy in shipping products to customers

·         Enter customer orders

·         Analyze improved shipment dates

·         Resolve factory order issues Supply Base Management

·         Assure quality components are available to Brocade’s manufacturing lines at the lowest cost

·         Develop strategic sourcing strategies

·         Participate in supplier negotiations and analyze supplier performance Upon completion of the rotation program, you will join the team which best matches your interests and Brocade’s business needs.

Technical Competencies:

·         Pursing an MBA with a graduation date within the current year.

·         Strong problem solving skills

·         Proficient in computer software tools such as Excel, MS Word, Power Point and flow chart programs
