The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager which are
compensated by the payment of a commission include but not
limited to: Manage, coach and train Salespeople and support
staff of the New vehicle department. Focus on vehicle sales
and gross profit pertaining to the New Vehicle department.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective processes for the
sales department. Maintain acceptable expense ratios for the
assigned department.
