Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include the design, development and test of 1 to 60 GHz MMICs and multi-chip modules for existing products and advanced new product development programs. Design work to include power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters and IC packages. MMIC design work on state of the art GaAs, GaN and SiGe foundry processes. Applicant will be trained in MMIC and module design. Employee will work on a collaborative team of electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and test engineers to ensure successful product development and transfer to production.


Experience/Skills Required
Experience/coursework in MMIC, amplifier, filter, mixer or oscillator design. Experience/coursework in module and/or IC packaging design. General knowledge of system design. Experience on ADS preferred. Experience with HFSS, IE3D, Sonnet or other electromagnetic simulators also preferred. MSEE and 0 to 3 yrs experience preferred.
