My client is a specialty Cancer hospital located midway between Chicago and Milwaukee.

Their experienced and dedicated cancer experts work together in one location, sharing their knowledge, coordinating treatments and, ultimately, providing tailored Cancer and oncology treatment to you.

Individual patient teams of may include medical, surgical and radiation oncologists; radiologists, registered nurses, care managers, registered dietitians, naturopathic clinicians, mind-body therapists, pain management practitioners, physical therapists, and pastoral care providers.

Their staff also includes a number of specialists, such as a female gynecologic oncologist, hematologist/oncologist, gastroenterologist, and reconstructive surgeon.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of staff, patients, and departmental and organizational needs.  The responsibilities include accountability for day-to-day management of the clinic.  The Clinic Manager serves as a role model for professional excellence in the administration and delivery of patient care.  The Clinic Manager is accountable for the age groups (average age group population includes adults and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care.                                                                                                           

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred
• Current State Illinois Registered Nurse License, if applicable
• Previous nursing management experience preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
• Chemo Certification (within 6 months of hire), if applicable
