Description:
As a member of the ESCO New Product Development team, you will lead a project to bring to market a new line of products to serve ESCO’s global mining and construction customers.
This position will work with customers to develop product requirements and with ESCO engineering, sales, marketing, production, and manufacturing to ensure that customer expectations and project deliverables are achieved. You will use Unigraphics/NX for 3-D product design and Agile and ORACLE for Database Management.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a 4 year degree in Engineering and significant experience in new product development is required. Past successful leadership of NPD projects and teams is essential. Must be proficient in mechanical/casting design, classical and FE analysis, experimentation and test design, and problem solving. Skill in Unigraphics/NX and experience in the mining and construction industry are preferred. There will be opportunities to travel to ESCO’s global locations and customer sites.
