Here is a great chance to work for a great family setting. Been in business for 63 years in this same location. Doing 1/2 million is sales in small NW IA town. Great cost of living. Great golf course. Movie theaters, IA great lakes 1/2hr away. Sioux Falls, Sioux City, 1 hr away. Minneapolis 3-1/2 hrs away. I cut all steaks, grind fresh burger daily, homemade soups. Feeding about 350 people each friday, saturday night. Kitchen is open 4:30pm till 9:30 nightly except sunday. Great opportunity to learn and possilby buy out company within 5 years. I am willing to stay on and show you the ropes. Open to suggestion. Remodeling the cafe part this summer. Business is open daily 6am serving breakfast, noon lunches, and dinner. Nice lounge area, meeting rooms, we do some catering. Looking for hard working person that knows there way around a kitchen. Must have knowledge of grilling, fryer, broiling, ovens, broasters. Will need menu planning skills, POS operations skills. We have 30 on staff right now. Must be flexible with hours, in turn will receive great pay. I need help with meat cutting and grinding, ordering product, menu planning, book keeping basically all around person who would like to own the business. We seat around 175. Need someone that loves the food business and would like to be there own boss. This is a great opportunity for a assistant cook to become the head cook and owner.
