Position Description: Plans, develops, coordinates and directs large important projects or small projects with complex problems.  Provides expertise and leadership for the completion of assigned projects. Performs tasks requiring original concepts and a high level of experience and expertise with little or no supervision, leads teams or other small groups and have special expertise in a particular field or discipline.

Qualifications:  Minimum 8 years related background, supervisory experience preferred.  BSME, BSCE or related discipline desired.
