In this role, you will be the reporting manager for Training Specialists, Administrative support, and Procedure Writers.   You will be the lead Manager in putting together new Nuclear training programs.  You will provide an effective training management plan that qualifies individuals for certain roles, and makes sure that their jobs are in compliance with all nuclear laws and regulations.   You will implement an SAT- (systematic approach to training) process throughout the facility.   You will work with managers throughout the plant to develop training plans and budgets associated with these plans. 

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree, along with at least 10 years of experience working in a Nuclear plant Training role.  You must be familiar with Department of Energy procedures and laws, and must have experience implementing SAT processes throughout a plant.
