We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership capabilities to work with our wonderful staff at our active and growing home care office in the Denver area. The position will start out in a duel role as both a Nurse Clinical Manager and then as Associate Director helping the Director run the office! (please see below) Eventually, this will turn into a full time Associate Director role.

Through hands-on experience first in the field as a Nurse Clinical Manager, you'll supervise other field RNs and CNAs, as well as oversee strategic planning and budgeting, program development, staff education, training and evaluation. Then as Associate Director, you will share management responsibility with the Director, including all office operations/functions as well as client service and employee matters. The Associate Director learns to become fully responsible for the office and, after showing demonstrated success in the Clinical Manager role, is considered for further advancement within our firm.

Qualifications include:
* RN or BSN degree
* minimum two years of supervisory or management experience (preferably in a hospital, home care, health care or social service industry)
* demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various nursing groups and agencies
* ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities
* bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
