The position coordinates and manages staff, material and financial resources to achieve patient outcomes; serves as a clinical role model; and ensures patient care standards are carried out and validates nurse competencies.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3-5 years of experience in the management of staff, finance and disciplinary issues. Master's degree in Nursing, Business or related field preferred.
