This position is with one of the most widely respected and well known acute care hospitals in the region. At nearly 700 beds they have been offering a full range of services to the community for almost 100 years. They pride themselves on being at the fore front of technology and employing some of the leaders in today's healthcare.
Currently this facility is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department. This unit sees approximately 60,000 visits per year and has about 19 beds. They are chest pain certified and the only stroke pain certified hospital. Over the next year, the ED will be remodeled and will increase bed space to about 25-30 beds.
Candidates must have EXTENSIVE experience in ER with at least some in leadership.
