Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehab is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a diverse team as our Nurse Manager. Demonstrated success in a clinical leadership role with the ability to provide leadership and direction to employees. Ability to coordinate all aspects of staffing needs including recruitment, retention, employee relations & evaluating in-service programs, orientation and continuing education for nursing staff. Ability to develop and implement policies & procedures that guide support staff and meet regulatory standards. Knowledge in the development and implementation of quality improvement programs at departmental level and responsible for ongoing compliance with Joint Commission standards. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin plus four years of clinical care service in acute care setting, performance improvement & management experience and current BLS required. BSN, ACLS preferred.
