We are seeking a Patient Care Manager, Oncology for a large hospital in New Haven, CT.  The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursing care delivered to oncology patients.  The Manager will have 38 FTEs and will be responsible for assigning, directing and evaluating the work of all nursing personnel and utilizing managerial and clinical expertise to ensure that quality nursing care is delivered.

Requirements:

 - BSN with strong clinical experience, MSN preferred

 - Management experience preferred

 - Oncology nursing experience

 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
