A small hospital near Southern VT/Southern NH is looking for someone who wants to work approximately 32 hrs. a week and the salary is $40-45 an hour. The Nurse Manager we seek, on this RETAINED search, will have either an Associate or a Bachelor's degree and must be an RN.  Renovations have been completed and the Director is said to be an easy woman with whom to work.  She would prefer someone who has Ambulatory experience since 85% of the cases are out-patient but the major focus is on PACU, ENDO, and ACU.  There are 40 FTE's to manage.  If  you have good communication skills, like to share ideas with staff and process solutions together and if you are an idea person - then this will be an excellent position.  It may move to a 40 hour week but for now the pace is lighter.  Please send professional (not job board) resume via e-mail in WORD format to jl@merraine.com .  References will help speed along the process..
