St. Luke’s Cataract and Laser Institute is recruiting for a motivated and talented Florida licensed RN to assist in the establishment and management of our latest venture: an office-based plastic surgery practice located in beautiful downtown Clearwater.  Our Clearwater office will open in early 2012 and will feature a state-of-the art plastic surgery clinic and office-based surgical suite.  For the Nurse Manager position we are seeking a candidate with the following credentials and experience:

·         Florida license

·         Clinical experience with a plastic surgeon is required

·         Certification in plastic surgery nursing is preferred

·         Prior experience with AAAASF accreditation for an office-based surgery practice  is preferred

Our ideal candidate would also have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, an eye for esthetics, outstanding ability to relate to and communicate with the public, and the skill to motivate and lead.
