JOB DESCRIPTION:
They seek a NURSE MANAGER to oversee the TRANSPLANT SURGICAL STEPDOWN UNIT. The
successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of a 25 bed unit including staffing, budgets,
clinical practice, professional development and strategic planning. He/she will also work collaboratively with
nursing leadership to foster the mission and vision of nursing within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree Preferred
• Nursing Degree, RN
• Experience in Surgical Nursing
• Excellent Management Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
