
Nurse Practitioner

WhiteGlove is seeking full time Family Nurse Practitioners who are interested in being a part of a very rapidly growing, technology enabled, industry transforming healthcare services company. You would be part of a clinical team that is delivering routine medical care to the home and work, 7 days a week, 12 hours per day.
Flexible schedule: Full time is only 13 shifts per month. This position does have full-time benefits. Company vehicle provided, paperless company, help set your own shifts, excellent pay!
This position is unlike any other Healthcare opportunity! Excellent salary based on experience (D.O.E.), Company Stock options. Full Benefits, Cell phone paid, Company Vehicle (GPS), Company Expense Account. Requirements: Must have TX license, DEA is preferred (will assist to obtain).
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent in-home or at-work routine* healthcare services within the scope of your training and experience to WhiteGlove members.
- Maintain professionalism and respect for all patients.
- Keep medical information and records in accordance to HIPAA privacy standards.
- Use “Day in the Life of” protocols to guide daily activities relating to patient care and interaction.
- Follow WhiteGlove’s policy and procedure manual.
- Report abuse or neglect of any patients.
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements of the State of Texas.
Requirements:
- Passionate about healthcare and desire to really make a difference.
- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Texas.
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in family medicine as well as urgent or emergency care.
- Personable and able to connect easily with patients. Easily able to put patients at ease.
- Good etiquette and bedside manners.
- Excellent problem solving skills and able to stand on your own and make decisions independently.
- Physical Requirements – Since you will be meeting members in their homes or places of employment, you must be able to climb stairs, walk, carry the necessary medical equipment and supplies and drive throughout the day.
- Must have a valid TX driver’s license.
- Basic technology skills with PC’s, Cell Phone, Electronic Records, etc.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
