Documentation of Hep B immunity, BBP training and CPR/AED is required

Job Description and Requirements:
Experienced certified occupational health nurse (COHN) or Nurse Practitioner to assume responsibility for disability case management and occupational health services within area of expertise.
Conduct physical exams and medical testing based on level of expertise and skills. Injury/illness care and episodic visits for triage of common health problems.
Conduct medical surveillance exams for ERT, respirator use and other programs.
Experience and ability to conduct audiograms, spirometry testing, vision testing and interpret same. Must have venipuncture skills.
Knowledge and experience in a corporate setting is required.
Must have knowledge of OSHA and CAl-OSHA regulations and disability management.
Assist department with health/wellness prevention programs. Work as part of a team in a nurse managed clinic environment.
Requires ability to utilize electronic medical records for clinical activities.
Partners and communicates with HR, Safety and Department management.
