Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We need you to lead our Team and change the lives of people for the better.  We are a Medical Management company and subsidiary of a managed care organization offering a special needs program to people currently living or transitioning into a nursing home or Long Term Care facility.  Our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant providers conduct comprehensive assessments and determine the member’s health status.  In addition,caring for the patients routinely to ensure prevention and provide continued support and on-going communication between LTC facility, physicians and other providers and family members. 

We are seeking a Manager to manage and coordinate staff, and be responsible for clinical issues, as well as  day to day patient responsibilities in assigned local area nursing homes and group homes.

To qualify you must have an active PA or NP Oregon license, prescriptive authority, and a min. of 3+ yrs. of experience in a management or supervisory role in a clinical facility.  A passion for caring for the elderly is a must and a Geriatric certification and/or experience is highly preferred.
