Yoh Health Care has a direct hire opening for a Nurse / RN Call Center Director to join our customer in Salem, NH.
Job Duties:
- Oversee team member and be a resource to them on a clinical level and policy level
- Responsible for implementing company goals and department objectives & expectations.
- Researches and resolves customer service issues regarding specific cases and/or policies. Communicates problems and resolution to management, other departments, and callers.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop assigned employees, and evaluate team member’s performance including providing feedback.
- Develop and implement the clinical and operational policies and procedures. Review and update periodically.
- Promotes a positive and cooperative working relationship among team members, other team leaders, management, and other departments.
- Identify potential risk management issues with timely follow-up.
- Fiscal responsibility/accountability as outlined in the budgetary process providing updates through reports
- Prepares, analyzes, and submits administrative reports.
- Able to function in Nurse Counselor role, and any other capacity as needed during period of extreme staffing shortage.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Key contact for clients during implementation and upon completion of implementation.
- Travel is occasionally required to meet client needs, support sales intiatives and other promotional activities.
- Must have 24 hour on-call availability.
- Participate in RFP process.
