CNA's
The Certified Nursing Attendant provides support and assistance with the activities of daily living for assigned residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.
LPN's
The LPN assists the care plan team in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of resident assessments and care plans. This position charts for assigned units, assigns residents to nursing attendants as needed, and assists in the medication management, dietary restrictions and overall healthcare programs for the residents on an assigned unit under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services or Charge Nurse.
RN's
