Education Affiliates seeks a dynamic, highly-motivated Nursing Program Director for several nursing programs located across the country. The Nursing Program Director will function as part of a leadership team. This individual will have overall leadership responsibilities in the oversight of nursing programs and must maintain the quality and integrity of the program curriculum. The Director will also be responsible for the procurement and development of staff and faculty.
The ideal candidate must be able to establish a comprehensive, written systematic plan of evaluation for the Nursing Programs that includes data collection from faculty, instructional personnel, students, graduates, and employers of graduates.
The applicant will also be responsible for academic accreditation. He/she should have prior experience in developing classes, clinical sites, maintaining written agreements with cooperating agencies and clinical sites, developing articulation agreements and supervising full-time and part-time faculty.
Requirements:

Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse Licensure

Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited institution

Progressive management experience to include five to seven years prior nursing leadership and teaching experience
