Celebrate Caring at Mercer Island Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare.  We currenlty have an opportunity for a full time Nutritional Services Director at our 100-bed center, located in Mercer Island, WA.  Must have CDM and previous experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include:  Plans, develops, organizes and directs the overall operation of the Nutritional Services Department.  Responsible to ensure meals are served in accordance with government regulations and company policies and procedures.  Serves as a liaison between facility’s consultant dietitian and Nursing Services ensuring the residents nutritional needs are met.

* Certified Dietary Manager, CDM.

* Experience in a dietary department or food service in a healthcare setting preferred.

* Previous management experience preferred.

* Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

* Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
