FACILITIES SERVICE & MAINTENANCE HVAC AND REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS

California Commercial Maintenance & Construction Company is hiring regional Facilities Service & Maintenance HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians for its Southern California headquarters.

Facilities Service & Maintenance HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians are needed in the following regional hub:

·         Orange County – generally services Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles areas

JOB TITLE:  Facilities Service & Maintenance HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Facilities Service & Maintenance HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians with qualified experience in the following categories will be considered:

-          Quick service restaurant service and maintenance

-          Fuel station/convenience service and maintenance

-          Retail chain store service and maintenance

General Experience Required:

·         Strong HVAC and Refrigeration

·         General Trade Experience

·         Some electrical

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·         Responds to 24/7 emergency coverage as needed

·         Commercial HVAC; new and existing repair / modification

·         Responsible for Vehicle Maintenance and Parts Inventory

·         Maintains daily and weekly paperwork

       Time sheets/Mileage reports

       Receipts/Purchase orders

       Customer sign-off forms

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.  Personnel are expected to perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of material/product and standing throughout each shift.

Candidates must have valid California Driver License and clean driving record.  All final candidates will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check prior to hiring.
