APPLICANT MUST HAVE . . .

  • Basic Computer Knowledge for Word Processors and Spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks Enterprise system.
  • Work between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm+/- Monday- Friday. (Hours may vary earlier or later on special occasions.)

 

POSITION DUTIES ARE:

  • Answer Phones
  • Greet various walk-ins
  • Basic Filing
  • Accept and Process Daily Mail
  • Data Entry of Estimating and prepare Bid forms.
  • Process Accounts Payables and Receivables.
  • Process Payroll for 30+ employees.
  • Financial Statement generation.
  • Working with field to manage paperwork and operations.
  • Along with other Related Duties.

 

SALARY:$14.00/hour. Medical allowance of $250/month available after 90 Day waiting period. Please inquire on policy regulations.
