JOB DESCRIPTION
Description:
Position is for an Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or higher) OLAP Cube and MDX developer. Person will be creating many MDX queries to build reporting data. In addition to front end development, user will design, build and manage multiple cubes and the data used to populate cubes.
NOTE: We are looking for an EXPERT (or close to) level mdx developer. This is not an entry-level position. This position requires the developer to start building queries right away.
Required Skills
3-4 years building large and complex SQL Server Analysis Services cubes (2005 or higher).
VERY STRONG MDX skills. Must be able to create simple AND complex MDX queries.
3-4 years creating MDX queries. This must include complete stand-alone queries to be used in reporting.
3-4 year creating SQL Server 2005 or higher databases.
Additional Nice-to-Have Skills
Strong database and SSIS programming
Experience with Dundas Charts
Experience with Aspose tools
Experience with .NET
