OPERATIONS MANAGER

(WWTP)

Immediate opening for an Operations Manager with extensive experience in the WWTP industry.  This aggressive, and fast growing, company offers an exceptional opportunity for someone to expand the client base, and presence, in the South Dakota region.  A person with the ability to develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships is needed for this position.  If you have experience developing business, and a team, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.  All inquiries are confidential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         Active P.E. and experience with WWTP facilities

·         3+ years experience as a Operations Manager

·         Successful record of business development within the WWTP industry

·         Ability to relocate if you are not currently living in the area

·         Ability to work with design, sales, and estimating for projects

COMPENSATION:

·         $75,000-$105,000 base depending on experience

·         Excellent benefit package
