QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• Over 5 years aseptic sterile fill finish manufacturing & operations experience for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer
• Over 3 years experience in a managerial role  
• Able to provide examples of leading compounding, filling, and packaging operations within an aseptic sterile fill environment 
• Able to provide examples of providing and managing resources for product production and meeting all timelines and managing all staffing needs to achieve goals
• Experienced with working in a fast paced union environment with a hands-on leadership approach
• Manage all production and establishing production capabilities 
• Able to work with multiple departments to ensure changeovers and equipment maintenance / repair and upgrades are completed with minimal impact on production
• ensures all GMP and SOPs are followed along with all training for personal including ongoing training and changes. 
• Can provide examples of managing department budget for the operations group and maintain business initiatives / strategies
• Background in achieving performance objectives through goal setting and communications with all production teams and associated departments 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, auditors and employees at all levels.
