Operations Supervisor, Everett MA

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic and service focused company. BostonCoach, a Fidelity Investments company, is a premier worldwide provider of executive sedan, limousine and event transportation services. We are currently looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor to support our Everett, MA location.
The Operations Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations and supervise, develop and motivate Chauffeurs, Drivers and supporting staff in partnership with the Operations Director. The shift is Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
n Manages, directs and motivates the mobile workforce of sedan Chauffeurs and CDL drivers.
n Communicates regularly with Chauffeurs and Drivers to provide recognition, coaching, performance feedback and disciplinary action when appropriate.
n Monitors CDL drivers scheduling for DOT compliance.
n Maintains DOT files to remain in compliance.
n Shared relationship with major shuttle clients (e.g. Fidelity and Boston College.)
n Lead contact for Boston event services.
n Assist the Operations Director in supervising the day-to-day needs of the operating of the branch.
n Schedule Drivers and Chauffeurs in accordance with business needs and financial resources.
n Timely and accurate completion and delivery of employee performance appraisals, payroll, and scheduling.
n Interview Chauffeur and Driver applicants and make appropriate hiring decisions.
n Achieve quality initiative goals and suggest improvement to the operation where appropriate.
n Maintain a high level of professionalism, fairness, integrity and consistency in the performance of the job and in representing the company to all employees, customers, and members of the community.
n Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
n A minimum of three years supervisory experience.
n Minimum of 3 years experience managing DOT qualified staff.
n Must be self-motivated and work independently.
n Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Must demonstrate detail oriented administrative and organizational skills.
n Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high stress environment.
n Bachelor’s degree preferred.
n Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and BC systems.
n Must carry company issued cell phone.
