This acute care, not for profit, community hospital is dedicated to patient care. The Surgical Services ambulatory Care Nurse Manager will be responsible for Short Stay, Lab, and the Pre Surgery Clinic. The candidate must meet the following requirements:
· Must demonstrate customer service excellence skills at the level appropriate to leadership role
· Current Pennsylvania RN licensure or Temporary Practice Permit required
· Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred or completion of Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of start date in manager role required
· Master Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred
· Progressive and successful work history required
· Specialty certification preferred
· Minimum of 2 years current experience in ambulatory care/surgical services required
· Minimum of 2 years management experience in acute care setting required and 2 years management experience in ambulatory care/surgical services preferred
· Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills with physicians and all other members of the health care team
