Outside Sales Account Managers:

• High energy, enthusiastic and driven.

• We are looking for individuals who can identify and build relationships with hiring managers who are in need of consulting services.

• This includes following up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers and selling the benefits of working with Oxford.

• Available tools include our company's proprietary database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media.

• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the quality of your client manager database information through client visits, follow-up calls, and correspondence.

• We provide full paid training

Recruiters:

• High energy, enthusiastic and driven.

• Individuals who can source consultants with leading edge skills.

• This includes obtaining referrals from consultants and user managers; direct recruiting; networking with personal contacts; and searching through our company's database.

• Interview consultants in person to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements.

• We provide full paid training, with candidates having 2 - 8 yrs work experience.
