Job Purpose:
Provides community office administrative support by processing annual recertifications and general office work including but not limited to answering phones, helping customers, logging work order requests, etc.
Duties:
* Maintains the properties HUD compliance by collecting and processing paperwork according to the HUD Handbook 4350.3 rev 3.
* Maintains resident relationships by responding to requests; providing information; resolving problems.
