Occupancy Specialist

Assertive and high energy certified occupancy specialist needed for progressive property management company.  The Occupancy Specialist performs all case management duties associated with rental assistance for such programs as Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and so forth.  This individual accurately maintains a caseload of program participants under HUD Section 8 regulations, other program requirements, and Housing Authority policies.

Qualifications

·         Section 8 and Tax Credit experience

·         Certifications such as COS, HCCP, C3P or equivalent

·         Knowledge of rental assistance and affordable housing programs

·         Experience in marketing preferred
