- Responsible for administering health management programs such as Worker's Compensation, Disability and Wellness programs on 2nd/3rd Shift.
- Provides nursing service and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured on premises.
- Hours worked will be split between 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Conduct health surveillance exams for 2nd/3rd Shift. Responsible for tracking lab results, trending, charting, and filing.
- Assists in monitoring employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and undertakes statutory and non-statutory health surveillance.
- Responsible for care of all work-related injuries/illnesses on 2nd and 3rd shift including attending workers compensation appointments, documenting incident reports, initiating accident investigation with responsible party and tracking progress of open corrective actions.
- Case Management for workers compensation cases on 2nd and 3rd shift, including treatment authorization, setting up appointments, tracking attendance to W/C appointments, consulting with physicians, and communication with W/C insurance.
- Assist in return to work strategies following serious injury or a period of prolonged ill-health
- Develops employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking and weight control regimens. Also works with environmental manager to recognize environmental factors and/or stress in the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health or discomfort among employees.
- Responsible for on-site drug testing, including follow-up with outcomes.
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations on 2nd and 3rd shift.
- Collaborate with EHS on a regular basis for non-OH related issues.

Tuesday: 4:30PM-5:00AM
Thursday: 4:30PM-5:00AM
- Knowledge of all federal regulations regarding OSHA, Workers Compensation, company disability plans.
- Ability to develop and communicate health programs.
- Must be a registered nurse.
- 3-5 years experience in Occupational Health Services preferred.
- Must be willing to work the following days/hours
Monday: 4:30PM-5:00AM
Tuesday: 4:30PM-5:00AM
Thursday: 4:30PM-5AM
