Primary Responsibilities

Assessment and care or referral to MD for workplace illnesses/injuries

     Case management for Workers Compensation and medical disability leaves

Working with the location team to accommodate return to work

Assess potential health hazards to ensure a safe and healthy work place

Provide health education/wellness programs

Maintain appropriate medical records

Candidate must be able to work independently

Basic Qualifications

Active RN license in the State of Utah

Current clinical skills with CPR certificate

Basic computer skills (Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA and W.C.

COHN-S, CCM OR COHN-S/CM
