Seeking a supplemental Occupational Health Nurse to fill in for vacations, absences, etc.
General Duties:
Provision of Medical Care (Emergency & Non-Emergency)
Clinical Records
Medical Leaves of Absence
Short Term Medical Absences (Process return to work from short term
absence)
Open, extend and close medical leaves
Medical Examinations
Fitness-for-Duty
RTW from medical leave absence
Reinstatement
Medical Surveillance
Schedule appointments for examinations
Complete examinations
Preliminary exam elements Physical Examination
Audiometric Testing
Pulmonary Function Testing
Respirator Fit Testing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Requirements include:
Education
RN degree
Experience
5 years in a critical care area
Emergency care preferred (ER, ICU), but not required
Occupational health preferred
Case management experience preferred, but not required
Computer Skills
Basic keyboarding skills required
Licensure and Certification
Current nursing license
